Saturday’s Premier League action concludes at the Emirates Stadium where Arsenal take on Chelsea.

The Gunners go into the game on the back of a comfortable 4-0 win over Nottingham Forest in their EFL Cup third round tie while they also managed that many in their trip to Hull City last weekend.

They go into the weekend five points behind leaders Manchester City and level on points with their opponents and Liverpool, who are the only side to win against Arsene Wenger’s side since March.

Olivier Giroud is in line for a return after missing the last two matches with a toe injury while Aaron Ramsey remains out with a hamstring injury and is not expected to return for at least another three weeks.

Giroud is priced at 6.5 (11/2) to get the opening goal with a number of firms while Alexis Sanchez can be backed at a price of 7.0 (6/1).

The hosts are favourites at 2.4 (7/5) with the visitors as highly priced as the 3.2 (11/5) on offer from William Hill. The draw is offered at 3.6 (13/5) with Bet Victor.

Like Arsenal, Chelsea hit four in their EFL Cup tie but needed extra time to get past Leicester City on Tuesday.

However they have taken just one point from their last two league matches and will be keen to get back to winning ways as they look to keep in touch with leaders Manchester City.

Captain John Terry is set to miss a third straight game with a foot problem with fellow defender Kurt Zouma despite returning to training recently after a knee issue.

Top scorer Diego Costa is 6.5 (11/2) to get the first goal of the game with several bookmakers while former Gunner Cesc Fabregas, who could start after netting twice as a substitute midweek is a 15.0 (14/1) shot with Stan James.

The last five meetings between these sides have produced fewer than three goals and you can bet on that being the case this time around at a price of 2.1 (11/10) with many companies.
